SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in UK - Postage is included in the price and I use Royal Mail 2nd Class Service, which should take between 3-5 days from when shipped.

All items are made to order and will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Allow 3-5 days for the making process.

Our Royal Mail service is generally very efficient but sometimes things don't always go as planned. I am not responsible if the postage takes longer than expected. If an item does not arrive within a reasonable time then please let me know.

My packaging is environmentally friendly. I use acid free tissue paper. Postage bags and labels are made from recycled and compostable products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
If you are ever unhappy with your purchase please contact me first, within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

However, shipping is non-refundable.
